1. Who provides the service

Astronativa (the “service”) is a web application available at astronativa.com and astronativa.eu. By using it you accept these terms.

2. The free part

Without signing in and without an email you can use: the 3D sky above your location, the Moon and its phase, the constellations, the AI horoscope and the general reading of the day. For this part we neither need nor collect personal data.

3. Paid tiers

• Light — natal chart with your gifts, personal day and “best hour”, chart for two (what connects you), AIscendant. €2.99 a month.
• Shadow — calendar of retrogrades and their shadows, difficult transits, “when it is better to wait”, chart for two (where you rub). €2.99 a month.
• Whole — Light and Shadow together. €4.49 a month.

Yearly access costs the same as 10 months. Paid tiers require signing in with an email.

4. Support instead of payment

There is currently no online payment. Access to a paid tier is unlocked through support:

• write to us at [email protected] stating the tier and the period (a month or a year);
• the amount is your choice, but at least the tier's price for the chosen period;
• once we receive your support, we unlock the tier for that period, counted from the day of unlocking;
• there is no automatic renewal — when the period ends, your access returns to the free part, and your data stays until you delete it.

5. What the interpretation is

The positions of the Sun, the Moon, the planets and the stars are computed with an astronomical library and a star catalogue. Their interpretation (horoscopes, natal charts, transits, retrogrades, charts for two, AI horoscope, AIscendant) follows the astrological tradition and is not scientifically proven.

The readings are for inspiration and entertainment. They are not medical, financial, legal or psychological advice and must not replace it. You make your own decisions about health, money, work and relationships — with a qualified professional where needed.

6. Your profile

Sign-in is by email only, with no password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (birth date, time, place), and you enter another person's data only with their consent. You can delete your profile and all data at any time at /auth/iztrii. How we keep data is described in the Privacy policy.

7. Liability

We take care that the service works and the calculations are accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. KAGAMI Ltd. is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the readings, nor for damage from temporary unavailability, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and European law.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. If a change materially affects paid tiers, we will notify you by email, and any period already unlocked keeps the terms under which it was unlocked.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. You may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection.
